1.1 These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions of Use”) govern the visitor’s use of the site with the domain name globalfashion.academy, including all the sections and areas reserved for registered users of the same (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

No. MI 1771789, share capital EUR 62,500.00 fully paid-in, a company subject to the management and coordination of AGF88 Holding S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as “G&P”).
1.4 These General Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all Website visitors and/or users (hereinafter referred to individually as “Visitor”, jointly as “Visitors”). By accessing and using the Website itself, the Visitor accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Use. If, however, the Visitor does not wish to accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use, he/she will not be able to navigate on the Website and is therefore invited to immediately stop using it.
1.5 G&P reserves the right to review these General Terms and Conditions of Use, by updating and/or modifying them at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice, and therefore invites the Visitor to periodically consult and carefully read the aforementioned General Terms and Conditions of Use before continuing to access or use the Website.
1.6 G&P informs the Visitor, who is therefore aware of this, that it is totally unrelated to any other websites owned by third parties to which it is possible to connect through links present on the Website and denies all liability in relation to what is contained therein, and is not in any way liable for damages of any kind or nature suffered by the Visitor or by any third party in relation to their use and/or what is offered therein.
1.7 Browsing the Website is free, access is free and registration is optional. G&P will make every possible effort to ensure the accuracy and exactness of the contents of the Website and its proper functionality, but cannot in any case guarantee them, inviting the Visitor to report any inaccuracies and malfunctions to allow for any appropriate rectification and correction to the following address: reception@globalfashion.academy. It is understood that G&P shall in any event not be liable to the Visitor or to any third party for any suspension or interruption of the Website.
1.8 G&P does not guarantee that the Website is free of viruses or other elements that may give rise detrimental effects on any technology.
1.9 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G&P shall in no event be liable to the Visitor or any third party for any damage or loss arising from the use of the Website and/or its Content (as defined below).
1.10 These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law.
2.1 All Website content such as, without limitation, logos, trademarks, text, information, data, images, photos, illustrations, multimedia content (graphics, audio and video), descriptions, software, HTML code and screens, including any other similar content (hereinafter collectively the “Content”) is the exclusive property G&P or held under licence by them or the other owners indicated in the notices or regulations on the Website who have granted G&P the right and licence to use the same and are protected by international intellectual property laws, including, without limitation, any rights in patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, moral rights, know-how and any other similar rights recognised by laws or international conventions in any country or jurisdiction. G&P reserves the right to modify the Content at any time without prior notice.
2.2 The Visitor is not authorised to use such Content for purposes other than those expressly stated in the General Terms and Conditions of Use and, in general, in the Website. G&P reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in the appropriate fora to protect its rights and interests in the event of unauthorised use, reproduction or any other use of the Website or its Contents.
